New Construction at Rosedale Village

It can be hard for buyers to visualize a home’s layout and floor plan from the sales brochures.  All too often, buyers make the wrong choice … the home they’ve selected is not practical for their needs, or even appealing when they finally see it built.  They sometimes decide to sell shortly after taking possession, costing them thousands of dollars.

I am here to help you at the start of this buying process.  Many of the new-build models offered by the builder at Rosedale Village are repeats of previously built and released models, and therefore it may be possible to show you similar resale models listed for sale on MLS at Rosedale Village, as well as past sales which may have virtual tours and photos.  This would allow you to see exactly what they are like to walk through.  You may then choose to buy resale instead, but either way you would be making the right decision with my experience to guide you.  Another benefit of enlisting my Free Service when buying directly from the builder is that I can instruct you on the builder’s contract and tell you what parts of it are negotiable - again saving you money and tedious work in navigating it alone.
